1. Agreement
By downloading or using Zplity, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Zplity helps groups record shared expenses, payments and settlements. Calculations are informational tools and are not banking, accounting, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for checking entries and agreeing on payments with your group.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Zplity may create an anonymous account automatically. You are responsible for activity associated with your device and account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content or use Zplity to facilitate fraud.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant Zplity a limited permission to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service and share it with group members you choose. You must have the right to upload the content.
5. Premium purchases
Zplity may offer a monthly auto-renewing subscription and a lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before purchase and payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. “Lifetime” means access for the supported lifetime of the Zplity service, not the lifetime of a person or device.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Zplity available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the service evolves. We may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or material misuse.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zplity is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user entries, private arrangements between group members, unavailable networks or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Zplity and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—will continue to apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
